VoIP Supply has entered into a master agent agreement with California-based PanTerra for the distribution of PanTerra’s unified cloud services. VoIP Supply has secured master agent authority to distribute PanTerra products through its CloudSpan marketplace. It has also been granted permission to authorize sub-agents for the re-sale of PanTerra unified cloud services.
VoIP Supply currently sells a wide selection of name-brand hardware via its CloudSpan marketplace to both retail and business clients.
Among the PanTerra products that will be coming onto the CloudSpan market are its WorldSmart, SmartBox and SentraCloud UC solutions. WorldSmart includes CloudUC, a unified communications service which can upgrade or replace an enterprise’s existing communications and team collaborations infrastructure with a next generation, cloud-based UC service.
SmartBox is a secure cloud file storage, sync & share service, with built-in unified communications features, while SentraCloud allows firms to manage WorldSmart services, including last mile MPLS (multi-protocol label switching) connectivity and any associated on-premises networking equipment.
Ben Sayers, the founder and CEO of VoIP Supply, which is based in New York, says he was attracted to PanTerra because of its product breadth and maturity, as well as the unique features within PanTerra’s product portfolio. “We are confident we will be able to address pent up cloud demand with the PanTerra solution,” he adds.
• Businesses are progressively moving towards closer integration of VoIP and other internal communications services.
• Providers of this infrastructure are now not only competing on price, but on security, efficiency, and a wider selection of service options.
• VoIP supply has been permissioned with master agent authority. The company has a solid network in the eastern US and is focused on providing as much choice as possible to businesses and consumers.
